At the School Fair...

When I pick-up Victoria from school, she usually asks me if she can read to me all the informational papers that are handed to her in class. Everything from bakes sales to book fairs. When she is done she always asks the same question, “Daddy, can we go to this?” I am embarrassed to say that my usual answer is “we will see” which we all know is code for… (I will leave this out just in case Victoria is ready this).

On this particular day the answer was not “we will see" and we spent the afternoon watching Victoria play some of the games at her schools fair. The fair had a western theme and Victoria wore her pink cowboy hat that we bought for her in Ensenada at La Bufadora.

Victoria is playing some of the carnival games.

While we were walking around, Victoria stopped to take a picture with one of her classmates and her teacher, Mrs. Coleman.

Here Victoria is playing a game like Musical Chairs trying to win a cake.

Victoria and Jessica return from a classroom where themed goody baskets were being raffled off. We bought a couple of raffle tickets for the movie themed basket.

Three days later we find out that Victoria won the basket.
